Troubleshooting

I can’t see the BeamTV SSID in the Wi-Fi network list when trying to connect.
The system is either not switched on or BeamTV is not available on this vehicle.

BeamTV won’t load when I type 'beamtv' in the browser address bar.
Some devices will not support that URL. Enter 192.168.101.254 in the address bar instead and the BeamTV homepage will load.

I can’t see any content in either the music, movies or TV shows pages.
If no content appears in certain sections of BeamTV it will be because no content has been uploaded to the BeamTV Media Centre.

A movie or TV show will not play on my device when I tap the ‘Launch HTML5 player’ button.
BeamTV is designed to be compatible with most modern mobile devices. Some devices, however, may not support HTML5 video playback.

Playback keeps stopping or buffering.
BeamTV can support multiple devices streaming content simultaneously. If too many devices are connected however playback can become slow and unresponsive.
