11 - View a Ticket

Kiosk allows you to view the details of any ticket purchased on your My Mobile Tickets account. 
When viewing a ticket you have the ability to easily extend or revoke a ticket’s validity*

To view a ticket you can either: 

Search for ticket serial number from the Dashboard Quick Tasks
  or 
1. Go to the Manage Customers page 
2. Click on a customer 
3. Click on a ticket’s Serial Number in the Customer’s Ticket History




VIEW CUSTOMER 
Click to view details of the customer who bought this ticket.

REVOKE A TICKET* 
You can revoke a current ticket by clicking the Revoke button. A box will open where you can enter the reason for revoking and confirm.

EXTEND A TICKET* 
You can extend the validity of a current ticket by clicking the Extend button. A box will open where you can change the ticket’s expiry date and add the reason for extending.

BACK 
Clicking the Back button to go back to the previous page.
